I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NASA (Hampton, VA)
Interview
I applied around late September, didn't get a call back for an interview until later December. Interview was done over the phone with branch head and other members of the team. I was asked mostly technical questions about my area of focus. A week later I was invited out to tour their facility in Virginia. The tour was part of the interview process as they wanted to get to know you more and how you behaved in real person. About a month later I was notified that I did not make the cut.

Question 1
How do you manage your time? Talk about a stressful situation?
Just two behavioral interviews one with an individual member and then a group interview where multiple team members are asking you questions. They are pretty standard behaviorals and they may throw in a couple of brain teasers.

Question 1
- Walk me through your resume - Biggest challenge you overcame - What are your weaknesses
Smooth interview process but also very long. Questions were mostly about yourself and your past experiences. Training session given by NASA for this interview helps. Lot of competition for the Pathways positions.
