I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NAPA Auto Parts (Clovis, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
Asked a fair bit of questions but absolutely came off as a old boys club where you had to know someone to get in to a manager position from outside the company. Very vague and didn't feel like I was being considered at all even at the beginning of the interview like it was a formality because they had to do interviews before going with who they already chose.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NAPA Auto Parts (Shallotte, NC) in Jul 2015
Interview
Old napa owner call in a specal reference for me to transfer to another Napa store. It went great, the new napa owner was excited to be getting my vast knowledge in not only napa, but in management also. So excited he had to rerun his numbers to make sure he was going to offer the most he could.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NAPA Auto Parts (Charlotte, TX)
Interview
Easy and straightforward. A little unprofessional as little structure existed with questions. In fact, there were almost no questions asked except about my current salary.
