Several interviews with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers over a period of a few weeks by Microsoft Teams. Wasn’t required to deliver a presentation so was fairly easy. I was asked a lot about my experience and scenario based questions.

From start to finish, tell us what you do to prepare for, attend and then follow-up on an onsite monitoring visit.
Thank you for acknowledging we use technology to facilitate our recruitment process to ensure we provide candidates opportunity without travel. We also appreciate you sharing with future candidates that NAMSA uses behavior-based questions to understand qualifications for each and every role. A series of 3 interviews will be conducted. The first interview will be with the HR rep. The second with the line manager, and third you might meet with a project manager or fellow CRA.
