Positive experience. Program director and staff seemed to communicate well. Overall, the process ran smoothly and efficiently. Corporate seemed to be involved in the process only when needed. Was able to meet and shadow staff currently working on a shift to get a feel for day to day operations.

Interview
Interview was straightforward and fairly easy. I met with the supervisor and program director. Many questions were related to comfort surrounding limit setting and potential, physical interventions. Staff members were friendly and I was asked back for an on-site shift experience.

I was interviewed by two people. They asked me general questions with scenario questions. It was not stressful at all. This was my first interview with more than one interviewer.
