I did not get this job. Actually I failed at the first round, which is an online assessment. No behaviour questions, some personalities questions and IQ quiz, and last one is video showing you a scenario,and you answer some questions.
It should be easy, but I too nervous to finish all the questions.

Phone interview, talked about previous experience and why I want to work there. Dealing with difficult customers. Learning new systems, how I would deal with it if I faced a difficult customer.

Interview
Standard multi-step process - application, online questions, phone screening, face-to-face interview and final stage. All very standard and welcoming. Give yourself time with the online application as there are multiple parts and there is a video recording Q&A section so make sure you have your computer skills down.
