2 Round of interviews with Senior Members and 1 Codility test. I have worst experience with NAB in my professional career. I have cleared all the rounds and then during the HR discussion they offered me 5% of hike as I have completed only 11 months in my current job. Apart from this don't go on the commitments during the process as whatever NAB team said during the process they proven it wrong. - Codility was not part of the hiring process as its a senior role but after HR discussion they made it mandatory by saying that its just a formality and then they said that Codility score is too low due to which they can't proceed. My coditlity score was around 55 but its too low :). Still they are not proceeding with my profile but they can consider me if I am ready to join at the package whatever they are offering. And its strange for me as either it's a selection or rejection. If codility was part of the process then why it came into picture after Salary Negotiation. - During negotiation they said they will offer competitive salary but they offered 5% hike on current package which is not competitive from my point of view. Whatever behavior I have seen during the process it's not professional as hiring process should be fix before initiating a single interview. It should not change after CTC discussion.
