      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at N2O (London, England) in Sept 2021

      Interview

Saw a job ad on LinkedIn and applied. It took a few days for them to get back to me asking for an interview time towards the end of the week. The tone was very short and felt unpleasant. It didn't feel personal, exciting or in any way positive. That was the first flag. The second one came right after. I replied back on the day and agreed to the suggested interview time. After that silence from their side. No confirmation from them at all or a setup. I assumed if they wouldn't confirm the interview at least 24h beforehand (as it is courtesy) this will no longer be happening. I was kept in the dark and so I made other plans. They literally confirmed the meeting half an hour on the day before it was supposed to start. Again a very cold and demanding email. I was really put off by that at this point. Firstly, the tone told me everything I needed to know about their office culture and communication. Secondly, disorganised and no respect towards potential employees. Thirdly, letting me wait and expecting me to jump through hoops at the last minute is not a work environment I'd like to be part of. I understand it can get hectic and stressful, but I've never been in a workplace that would demand me on short notice with less than 24h notice. I wish them well but unfortunately had to part ways with them.
