Typical hiring process of startup that grew and has never questioned their hiring process. It can take you up to 6h, meeting 8 different people, to go through the whole processes, without counting that you have to prepare a case study.
They also include a 1h whiteboard challenge where you have to solve a fake problem, under fake circumstances within a fake timeline, but you’re expected to deliver a real process and great result.
