I was contacted by the HR and I was not even looking for a change currently.
Interview process was broken into 6 steps:
1 HR discussion - Brief on company work and position details.
2. Take home test - a lengthy problem statement to solved in given days. This solution exists on GitHub, just change variable name and you can easily pass.
3. Pair coding round with a senior software engineer on UI stuff, prety basic UI questions and debugging on UI tools.
4. Another technical round around DS and UI advanced level, although advanced but questions were easy if you prepare well.
5. Design and architecture round for High and Low level design.
6. Hiring manager round for fit and technical analysis.
After this complete silence, it's been a month since interview but no review/feedback till date.
In the start I went throught few of the Glassdoor reviews and I thought it might not be true but this company has a pathetic response for feedback. Complete ghosting of candidates who reach final round as well.
