After an interview they gave me a take home test to answer 8 question in 24 hours. Reasonable questions which need experience to solve them in time. The questions were related to PHP, MySQL, HTML/ CSS. Such as demonstrate an example suing singleton in PHP.

Interview
I got an E-mail 1 day after applying for the job. The interview was with the founder of the company. He described what they do in N-VisionIT and simply asked regarding my background and a couple of straightforward technical questions.
