I can simplify the process as follow: 1 Contact by email 1 Interview - I passed 1 hour and half 1 after it they gave me another meeting for Resume Review they sent the resume to a company I passed a second interview with the person who works for this company I passed another interview with the people from a specific company

Contacted by HR representative to set up video call with hiring manager > Called in for in person interview, lodged in nearby hotel > Interviewed for about 2 hrs > contacted in about 2 days with offer. No importance given for previous work experience, or to salary expectations.
