The interview went very well, I was made to feel at ease and was able to take time to think about answers. I spent some time in the baby room, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

They were very polite and asked questions about how I would cope in certain situations with handling the children. They asked about any convictions and details they needed aswell as my experience I have with children.

Interview

The interview consisted of a series of questions to assess my experience with children, examples of situations I could be in at the nursery, related to children’s behaviours, or communication with the parents, teamwork and safeguarding measures. They covered every subject in detail, and I tried my best to answer question, I was given all the time that I needed, and I was able to express my experience with working with children at full capacity.

The interview process was professional, straight to the point with amazing questions and great scenarios for future occasions. The interview was interactive and a great way to sum out what is expected of you and how you should approach situations. The staff that interviewed me was lovely and continued accommodating me throughout the whole interview. This made me excited to be part of N family as the work environment seems very healthy and supportive!
