I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mytime Active (Bromley, England) in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied in person. I was contacted by phone a few days later. I had a short phone interview and then face to face interview with the F&B Supervisor at the time. Went in with a lot of restaurant/ catering experience so was quite an easy interview. I was asked to go for a trial shift on one of the busiest days - Saturday and after successful completion of it, was offered the job.
There is no formal induction, your direct manager will take you on a tour of the center and will briefly introduce you to head of department.
Great opportunity to grow if you love catering and customer service. I initially started as a part-time employee, going full time in less than a month and being promoted to a supervisory role within another month.
