The interview was not lengthy at all. I was asked about my experience and why I wanted the job. I left the interview with a strong feeling I had landed the role.

I got an accounting test. This was reviewed and then I got an interview with the assistant controller. The actual interview was very generic, but the hiring process was painful, because I wasn't immediately given a job, but it seemed like a pretty sure thing that I was going to get it. However, onboarding took a out 4 weeks because they had a surprise internal candidate that wanted the job.
