The interview was scheduled two weeks in advance (there was a holiday in between). The interview was via zoom with the clinical director and someone from HR. Very standard questions for this role. The director said they would send me an email with an offer so I could make my decision. I waited for 2 weeks! Emailed them the next day to thank them for the interview and let them know I was looking forward to work with them. After that I followed up with an email just asking about the offer and when they replied, they said they had changed their mind and they were looking for someone with different qualifications. They were not going to say anything if I hadn’t reached out when I replied to that email, I told them that I thought we were on the same page about what they were looking for and they didn’t apologize or anything or even replied to the last email, awful experience
