An in-person interview with both the Manager and HR representative. The process was smooth, both of the representatives were friendly and welcoming trying to get to know the hire, seeing if they were both a personality fit and fit for the role.

One phone screening, one in-person conversation with manager and VP of sales, each taking a half hour. Entire process transpired over two weeks. Communication between employees and interviewee was consistent.
