Mustang Cat interview questions

Relaxed and casual interview process. Good group asked a lot of questions. Talked for about an hour about facility, issues, plans moving forward, and what I see myself contributing. Able to plan ahead should we move forward on both ends on interview process.

The first interview process started with a prelim phone call. That went very well with recruiter Jennifer. I was told I was overqualified for an inside sales position. They had a role in petroleum sales. The in-person interview went exceptionally well!
