      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Museum of London (London, England) in Jul 2022

      Interview

Not really an "interview" but they called it an "assessment". Spent a whole day during the record heat in the UK and the assessment criteria were a bit repetitive. I felt like the whole process could have been delivered in a more efficient and less random manner, since most of us were not given any information before the day and during the process. The criteria involved group work and individual tests, and there were staff noting down your performance every move you made. You would work with other candidates.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      1. Work with 4-5 other people and prioritise a task flow (for an imagined scenario) 2. Within 30 minutes and on your own, a) create a priority list of tasks and justify your reason. b) create another priority list 3. Within 30 minutes and on your own, highlight the mistakes in the collection management database and justify them 4. In pair, describe an object orally without pointing at it. The other person has to guess which one based on the descriptions.
