Easy, straightforward - talked a lot about the organization and how I would be a good fit, etc. Spoke with HR on the phone first, then district manager, then executive director in person with district manager on skype

First call was with HR and then a meeting with exec director and regional manager. A total of 3 interviews over the course of two weeks. Job offer came within three days of last interview.

It was very easy, I applied online and was contacted the next day. The first interview was with HR and then they asked if I would please do the next one. It could be either via Skype or in person. I interviewed on a Wednesday and the next day I was called and hired.
