It was a relatively relaxed process. There were multiple people who participated. Some situational questions were asked. They did not seem to mind if you did not have previous experience

The interview process was professional and well-structured, focusing on my legal background, immigration-related experience, client communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and long-term interest in developing my career within U.S. immigration law.

Interview
After submitting the application, I was offered a phone interview with two HR employees followed by video interview with three attorneys. The entire process from application to job offer only took around 3 weeks.
