Very direct, a couple of interviews with executives before an in-person interview. During the in-person interview, a tour is conducted of all of their facilities. The team is generally very intelligent and the atmosphere is very energetic all the time.

Sat down, talked over the general position and my previous work experience. The interviewers we're pleasant but straight to the point and I learned a lot. They went over some slides pertaining to the company's products, we t over some final questions and that was it.
