Multimatic Manufacturing Engineer interview questions

The entry level interview started with previous experience questions and focus on the resume. What were my responsibilities, and what types of projects had I worked on. Were there any difficulties, and how did I overcome them. What were the most successful projects and how did I accomplish them. They are looking for past successes and difficulties and how I managed them. And if I have the technical/ soft skills to provide results in my potential new role. My Extracurricular activities helped, since they were transferrable with the company's work/ industry.
