I was contacted to interview with this company as I work in the same industry with similar products. I had several telephone interviews and one in-person interview. While the senior management that interviewed me was clearly interested in my background and how it could benefit Multitaction, at no time was I provided a job description or even a territory designation. This made for a rather vague, sometimes awkward series of discussions. Interviewers then expressed displeasure when I wasn't enthusiastic enough, even snubbed me when I attempted to re-initiate discussions. Very odd experience that I attributed at the time to the size of the company but have since learned is reflective of their corporate culture.
