Interview
Screening call and first interview with Mulago for a Project Manager position. Respectful process, not overly burdensome for a first round, didn't feel rushed. Enjoyed the conversations. Was notified relatively quickly when they moved on with other candidates.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
In-depth questions about project management applications, methods, experiences, tools. Very focused on traditional, 'hard' PM skills.

Interview

The client they selected for me was within my subject matter expertise, so this felt like free consulting work. After a full 10 days of silence, they sent me a generic one-line email about having many qualified applicants. This felt extractive and disrespectful of my time.
