They selected 352 students from more than 3.5K students on the basis of MuApt score. In video synthesis round they palyed a 17minute long video where Dhiraj Rajaram was talking about company beliefs, policies and how they are differnt from other data analysis company. They probably had one of the most intersting group discussion where we were asked to make a problem statement for MuSigma as a board member of an FMCG company. 3 people were selected from a group of 8. They interviewed 100 people and offered only 34 people. Interview was divided into two parts . 1st interviewer discussed some case studies , my views on how India performed in Olympics, why I want to join MuSigma , why data analysis and detailed discussion on my projects and how I have contributed in it. 1st interview was totally based on my Resume . 2nd there was a stress interview ,where he was checking how do I handle pressure and differnt situations.
