I applied online via LinkedIn, then received a message about 4 days later about setting up a screen via phone. The interview was fine, but it ended pretty abruptly and somewhat awkwardly about 15 minutes in because the position did not come with benefits, which did not fit what I was looking for. So I politely told the interviewer I would not waste any more of their time.

Interview
Job description stated urgent and gave a person's contact email...so I emailed the contact and also applied to the job online. I believe I got a call roughly like 2 weeks later. The recruiter told me that there were so many applicants and that he was sorting through them and that I was the first person called in for the interview.
