Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Initially my application was rejected as it did not make it through ATS. I received another email 10 minutes later stating there had been a mistake and to select a time for a quick phone interview, followed by an email to schedule an in person panel interview. They had just switched to a new recruiting software and there was some confusion with inter department communication. The in person interview was positive and the panel presented a relaxed positive atmosphere. There was no way to automatically follow up after the interview other than digging for the company email format. There was no response after following up, essentially I was ghosted.
