Group discussion, debates, get to know the company and they're goals, group activities - scheduled for half day and a final one to one interview to see whether you are interested and understood what the role and company is about
Very long and somehow irrelevant psychometric tests . They take so long to make a decision and somehow unsure of their needs. Somehow unfair selection process. The interview is old school with lengthy structured questions which are also repetitive.
