The interview process began with take-home assignments designed to assess logical reasoning skills and address real-world scenarios relevant to the role. I found this to be an effective screening method, as the questions provided insight into what to expect on the job. This was followed by interviews with C-suite executives, including the CCO and CEO. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversations with them—they not only gave me a deeper understanding of the company culture but also helped me evaluate if I’d be a good fit. Overall, it was a great interview and onboarding experience, making the transition smooth and seamless.
