Mostly casual conversations with some technical questions. In total i had 9 interviews and then I was informed via a short email with no feedback or thank you that they decided to go with someone else - it felt disrespectful given the time investment.

Interview
It was a 7 month process that included multiple phone calls, in-person interviews, video conference interviews and two big projects (I ended up spending ~50 hours total on the projects). IMO, too much to ask of candidates.
