Interview
No interview, just got the job by referral. I showed up, and just started filling out papers. It was very easy and I got the job right when I was done filling out papers. After that, we schedule when I would do my "follow" days with one of the trainers.
They mainly just asked about if I had past serving experience and my availability. Was not many actual interview questions and was rather just a chance to learn about the role and their expectations.
