very basic considering the vulnerable young people you would be working with. I don't feel they ascertain enough information about the candidate for the role, they dont really explore the experience. I would say I have seen harder interviews to work in retail
Interview done via WhatsApp video. Lasted about 30 mins. Scenario questions asked. Seemed a bit rushed, interviewer was more interested in your answers than who you are as an individual.

it was a very easy process, I felt at ease and comfortable throughout the whole process. I was very happy with the process. It was a two stage interview and I heard back very promptly.
