Very simple I waited in by the bar and they had a sit down right then and there no office or nothing. Just a chat directly to the manager that would hire me. I spent more time worrying about not getting the job than I did speaking to them about the job. It's been a few years since I applied but they genuinely do lay out all the hiccups you'll eventually have working there within your interview and first day training. Long hours, little break time, free movie benefits, that's about it.
