Interview
Movidius has an eye out for young talent so they scan the universities for good students with an affinity for embedded programming. They approach students who have shown personal interest in such technologies. I was approached because I had taken part at some IT contests and that's one of the things they look for. We set up an interview, I went there, had a discussion with the Director and the SW Manager and we mostly talked about what I do and what I know (didn't go into technical details) so they could get a feel if I'm right for the position. Movidius is really good at this. A couple of days later I got the offer and I took it :)

Question 1
"Name the thing you consider being your weakness/defect". This is a stupid HR question so they see how you think of yourself in a critical manner. But everybody knows they ask you this, so you either go with the strength-presented-as-a-weakness strategy or say something that makes you look bad. I was literally speachless for a minute because I consider this being an outdated, stupid question.
