Movers Specialty Service Switchboard Operator/Receptionist interview questions

I received a call to set up an interview within a week of applying. The 1st interview took just over an hour and consisted of interviewing with HR, the department manager, and a brief job shadow. I received a call to come in for a 2nd interview. This time I met with the same people as well as an additional department manager. At the end of the interview they gave me a job offer.
