I was contacted immediately after easy applying on LinkedIn to a role in their Department of Urology. I came in and spoke with 3-4 members of the team. The team was very late in speaking with me, which was challenging because I had to take time off of my work day to do these interviews. For the most part the questions were normal, but I was thrown off by a line of questioning about my personal life and how I will make time for my family if my partner also worked long hours.
