I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
Be prepared to do three visits and see 6-8 interviewers. Salary is as average as average can be. Annual bonuses only go to the elite few. Only other thing I can say is that any medical environment, even this one, is still better than working for NYC-HHC.

Question 1
They don't seem to know what to ask specifically, so they just ask for examples of projects that you've worked on before.
Standard panel interview with five to six people with a mix of behavioural and scenario-based questions followed by asking own questions. One round of interviews only rather than multiple which was preferable.
There were 3 rounds of interviews, they asked basic questions. The final interview with the head of the department was the most difficult. They asked helpful questions, and made me excited to work for the health system. All interviews were in person. This took place before the pandemic.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mount Sinai Health System (New York, NY) in Jul 2021
Interview
I applied online; a few weeks later I got called back, and had a phone screen with the hiring manager. Waited a week and then a final round with the team which consisted of multiple interviews
