Applied late September, interviewed late October, got an offer early November for a start date early December. Two people interviewed me at once; the Director and Assistant Director of the Department. The onboarding process in rigid and long. Do not resign from your job until you get the actual clearance from Mt. Sinai. You may regret it. The background check and employment verification is veryyyyyyyy thorough. So don't bother faking it. Whatever # you put down on the application will not be used, the vendor will google the HR company of your previous and/ or current employer. The Physical is hectic and long!

during the conversation, I was interrupted multiple times while answering the question(s). left a bad taste
was informed that I'd be moving forward to next steps
never heard back for weeks regarding next steps but was told that someone would reach out, twice. basically left in limbo. maybe there'll be an offer, maybe not but it's considered a lost cause

Ghosted - two interviews and no follow up at all, not even on their own job portal. The application was not difficult, nor was setting up the interviews. Everyone seems nice, but no follow up with candidates.

Interview
Poor. They call you in and promise you a job, then never call you back. They are rude and very dismissive once they decide they dont want to hire you. Most companies will respond to a request for feedback, which is a fair ask, but they feel to arrogant for that.
