It was overall pretty pleasant. It took about 3 months. I received an email from a recruiter, then when through a screening call and then had 2 interviews and was offered the position.

Why do you want to be involved in clinical research?
Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.

There were 2 steps to the process:
step 1: direct manager questions about experience, projects etc, why you're interested
step 2: direct manager and colleague questions about experience, projects etc
