Interview
I went to the floor and waited to be escorted to the interview. I met with the unit manager as well as the director. Questions were the same typical questions asked during nursing interviews.I went into the directors office and was asked multiple questions. I was then taken on a tour of the unit.

HR contacted to schedule interview. Had to call two more times that week to get HR to respond back, and got interview scheduled. Met with Manager of department, and then shadowed in department.

About 30 minute interview with hiring manager, plus a 20 min shadowing. I was told I would get a response by a certain date and it was almost 2 months before I was told no, and hiring manager that I interviewed with did not reply to email.
