The interview is a 3 stage process.
-Stage 1: Personality, hobbies, and reasons for wanting to join Mott Macdonald
-Stage 2: Strengths
-Stage 3: Technical Skills and Knowledge
Just be yourself and answer honestly. Do not try to read off notes as this will look very obvious to the interviewers. However, you may keep very brief notes just as a reminder of what you can or should talk about.

Very structured with classic strengths/weaknesses based questions, what motivates you, why you applied to the company etc. A couple of technical questions including on safety and risk but nothing requiring calculations.

why mott macdonald? and what do you know about our values
The first step involved doing many things as a group - in other words, a group exercise. Together, as a group, we did group-esque things such as group activities. Then I participated in an interview in which my behaviour was assessed in a non-technical manner - commonly referred to as an interview. Hope this helps!
