- Online questions (time you have used technical skills and knowledge to solve a probem, greatest achievement to date, tell us something interesting about yourself that demonstrates your interest and passion for the scheme you have applied for (mechanical), explain your sector choices and how your skills and experience are relevant to this sector)
- Online tests (verbal, numerical, inductive)
Whole process very generic, support available if required. Interview was very relaxed, 2 assessors in the room, a number of questions in conversational format and some technical questions at the end. Both assessor said were easy going and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Only issue is the lack of feedback I have received since.

- What design considerations would you have to make for designing a heat exchanger system for a Diesel engine using sea water
- What factors affect the distance between two support points on a pipeline
- name 4 components of a air conditioning system
- Going into a confined space underground on site, what precautions must you take?

I applied online. Then I completed some online tests (SJT, Numerical reasoning, Verbal reasoning). Then I had an interview with Senior Engineer. Whole process was straight forward and easy. Good!

Array of questions interested in all things from why did I pick my degree to competency based. Waited nearly 6 weeks for response after interview.
