The interview process started with an HR interview covering standard questions, followed by a meeting with the sales team. They were quite friendly and asked about my experience, knowledge of the market and the region, as well as my plans for professional growth.

I met a person at a career fair in my school. Over many months, built a relationship which included many in person meetings and lunches. Eventually, they collaborated with HR to offer me a position, rather than going through a traditional job hiring process.
