Recruiter screen, Telephone tech screen, followed by an onsite interview . The whole process took more than 2 months. They seem to evaluate overall performance. Few questions missed would not hurt the outcome. Just stay positive through it.

Initial phone screen. Fairly broad questions on the phone, mainly to screen java fundamentals, such as OO, Collections, and Threading. At onsite interview, balanced, fair questions. Problem solving. Object Orientation. Not too hard. Very structured in terms of covering a variety of areas. More focus on approach and problem solving rather than any particular tool or technology.
