Motor Neurone Disease Association interview questions

Screening interview only for this position. It was carried out online. The questions were competence based and they were fairly predictable from the job description of the role of head of brand with this charity.

Very long process over 6 months from advertisement going out and poor communication. Changed job description throughout process and expectations of working location. Then advised an informal screening call which ended up as a formal interview panel. Overall left a poor impression of how they operate which is a shame as an important cause.
