Interview
The interview process was not very transparent. The company states that a B1 language level is sufficient, but during the final interview the expectations seemed closer to C1. This was confusing and inconsistent with the information provided beforehand.
The final interview also felt rushed and the interviewer did not seem very engaged in the conversation. Overall, the process did not feel very professional and candidates receive no explanation or feedback after being rejected.
