Motivian interview questions

It was a typical interview talking about my previous experience and the role requirements. We continued about some specific details and talked with the people in charge. Finally we talked about my availability.

The process consisted of a quick phone screening and a personal interview. The interviewer was a senior engineer. The interview focused on the skills needed for the position, as well as a long talk on previous projects I have worked in.
