(I'm only leaving this feedback because I would like full access to Glassdoor and because this is a true experience.) Very lengthy process. Coordinated by their internal headhunter who provides little insight on the process, the titles of who you will be meeting with and the agenda, or what the overall process looks like. The people themselves are very friendly, and their styles range from very prepared/ rehearsed to off the cuff and meandering. Difficult to know where you are at any given stage, whether you are doing positively or negatively, or if you are near the beginning or end of the process. This may very well be intentional (Google-y) but, sadly, the overall feeling for me personally is that I was just nothing special and that I should feel lucky to be considered. At the end I got no feedback at any stage or at the end, followed simply by a 30 second phone call from the headhunter and form letter saying "no thanks". This interviewing approach appears to be effective for them, but be prepared. It took me off guard.
