Motherson Group interview questions

I was contacted by HR and conducted a brief phone interview followed by an online interview with HR and the co legal counsel I would be working with then also the head of legal. Following, they flew me out to Frankfurt to meet the head of the corporate office.

Had two interviews with Mothersons in Kentucky. Had a great interview with the plant Manager and we both left the interview feeling good. Had a second interview with HR and then didn't hear back for several weeks. Felt i answered the questions adequately. Was informed I didn't elaborate enough on technical questions. I answered them effiencently and to the point but thats not good enough.
