Interview
Had a 1hour interview with the CTO first and then did a tech assignment which was fairly easy. After submitting the solution I had to ask for feedback a couple of times over the course of 2 months (since I was told by the recruiter that I'll get the solution reviewed in a week or two) just to be finally told that they chose someone else and that they can provide feedback on the assignment if needed. After asking for the tech feedback I never heard from them again and never got the feedback.

Interview
I had a screening call and a technical interview. And for both calls there were serious problems with either network or freezes/delays on the other side, so it was quite uncomfortable. After these I got a coding/machine learning challenge for 3 hours, and they encourage to work on it for several extra days. I find it unrealistic to do this in 3 hours, because there's just too much. Also I find both problems a bit ill-stated (very tricky target and use of sequences when there's no sequence). I don't see many reasons to spend several days(or >3 hours) on these problems, that's just risky in terms of efforts.

Interview
Taking advantage of the hiring process for free consulting — a serious possibility. I had a rather unpleasant experience during the hiring process, which left me feeling a bit frustrated and skeptical. Throughout multiple interviews, including live walk-throughs of the product and a presentation, I noticed that the company was consistently seeking my insights, opinions, and advice. While I understand the need for evaluating a candidate's understanding of their product and business model, this particular approach felt somewhat malicious. After investing time and effort into numerous interviews, I ultimately received a generic rejection letter. Seeking clarification, I decided to follow up with the individual I had interacted with during those interviews. Much to my disappointment, they simply ignored my message and left me hanging, which only added to my skepticism about their legitimacy.
